However, there are certain circumstances which can warrant a refund / exchange.

SHIPPING

Domestic Shipping

All orders are fulfilled through Australia Post.

Costs:

  • Free express shipping for all orders over $60 Australia only
  • Standard shipping rates apply for all international orders
  • Standard shipping rates apply for all orders under $60 in Australia

Expected delivery times for express shipping in AUSTRALIA:

  • NSW/QLD 1 - 2 business days
  • VIC 1 - 2 business days
  • SA 1 - 3 business days
  • WA 2 - 3 business days

For standard shipping it will range from 3 - 6 business days across all states.

International Shipping

International shipping may be impacted by global events and could result in longer wait times for standard and express shipping.

Expected delivery times:

  • Express 5 - 10 business days
  • Standard 7 - 14 business days

Please keep in mind for possibilities of further delay due to COVID-19.

Processing Times

For orders placed on a weekday, please allow 24 hours for it to be processed. 

For orders placed on the weekend or public holiday, please allow 24 hours within the next business day for it to be processed. 

Orders will be dispatched within 1-3 days. In case of any delays, you will be notified as soon as possible via email.
