SHIPPING

Domestic Shipping

All orders are fulfilled through Australia Post.

Costs:

• Free express shipping for all orders over $350 (UPDATE THIS 
• All orders under will be charged a $10 - 15 shipping fee dependent on item size (UPDATE THIS)

Expected delivery times for express shipping in AUSTRALIA:

• NSW/QLD 1 - 2 business days
• VIC 1 - 2 business days
• SA 1 - 3 business days
• WA 2 - 3 business days

For standard shipping it will range from 3 - 6 business days across all states.

International Shipping

Internationally we mainly ship to New Zealand through Australia Post. (UPDATE THIS - EMS? TOLL? DHL?)

Expected delivery times:

• Express 5 - 10 business days
• Standard 7 - 14 business days

Please keep in mind for possibilities of further delay due to COVID-19.

Above are only expected times, and we will not be liable if it does take longer than usual.

Processing Times

For orders placed on a weekday, please allow 24 hours for it to be processed. 

For orders placed on the weekend or public holiday, please allow 24 hours within the next business day for it to be processed. 

Orders will be dispatched within 1-3 days. In case of any delays, you will be notified as soon as possible via email.
